Welcome to LUTsMaster (https://lutsmaster.com). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LUTsMaster website, including all digital products, 3D Look-Up Tables (.CUBE LUTs), presets, and related video editing tools offered through our store. By accessing or using LUTsMaster, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Digital Products & Instant Delivery
LUTsMaster specializes in digital video assets, cinematic color grading presets, and 3D LUT files designed for professional software including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, and Avid Media Composer.
- All products are delivered exclusively in digital format (ZIP archives containing
.CUBE files and installation documentation). - Upon successful completion of payment via Stripe or PayPal, an instant download link is generated on your checkout confirmation page and sent immediately to your provided email address.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your editing software and hardware meet the technical specifications required to use
.CUBE 3D LUTs.
2. Commercial License & Permitted Use
When you purchase a LUT pack from LUTsMaster, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, non-transferable license to use the LUTs under the following terms:
- Permitted Uses: You may use the LUTs in unlimited personal and commercial video projects, feature films, documentaries, commercials, music videos, social media content (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), wedding films, and photography.
- Single User / Seat: Each license is granted for use by a single individual creator or editor across your personal workstations and laptops. For multi-seat agency licensing, please contact [email protected].
- Client Work: You may use the LUTs to color grade projects created on behalf of your paying clients.
3. License Restrictions & Intellectual Property
All copyrights, intellectual property rights, color science algorithms, and creative designs in our LUT files remain the exclusive property of LUTsMaster. You explicitly agree that you will NOT:
- Resell, re-license, redistribute, share, rent, lease, or lend the raw LUT files (
.CUBE) or modified versions thereof. - Upload the digital files to public cloud storage, torrent trackers, file-sharing forums, Telegram channels, or peer-to-peer networks.
- Bundle, package, or incorporate the raw LUT files into any competing software, plugin, digital asset marketplace, or app without express written consent from LUTsMaster.
4. Pricing & Payment Processing
All prices listed on LUTsMaster are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify prices and launch promotional discounts at any time without prior notice. Payments are securely processed through certified gateways (Stripe and PayPal). You warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
5. Digital Goods Refund Policy
Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of instantly downloaded digital files, all sales are governed by our official Refunds Policy. In summary:
- Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
- If you experience any technical difficulties, corrupted file archives, or compatibility questions, our support team will promptly assist you with replacement files or troubleshooting.
- If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase of the exact same product, contact [email protected] within 14 days and we will gladly issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
LUTsMaster products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While our LUTs are crafted and tested on industry-standard color grading workflows (Sony S-Log, Canon C-Log, Panasonic V-Log, Apple Log, Rec.709), color grading results inherently depend on individual lighting, camera sensors, white balance, and exposure. In no event shall LUTsMaster or its owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
